Hairdressing Seminar – International Casting Call for 8 Models
We are facilitating the model selection for a major international Hairdressing Seminar taking place at Olympic Lagoon Resort, Ayia Napa.
This event is hosted by the official Cyprus distributors of Nouvelle Italy and features a top Italian technical educator flying in exclusively for this seminar.
It is a high-profile opportunity for models to participate in live colour and styling demonstrations using international professional techniques.

Event Schedule
Casting Day: 22 November, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours)
Event Day (Main Seminar): 23 November, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (7.5 hours)
Models must be fully available for both days.
Critical Casting Information – This Is an Audition
The casting day functions exactly like a professional audition. Attending does not guarantee selection. Even if a model is pre-approved through photos, the Italian educator will make the final selection in person on Saturday.
Models may be selected, declined, or replaced based on suitability for the techniques. Only models who pass the live casting will participate in Sunday’s seminar. The educator’s decision is final.
Hair Requirements – Highly Important
This seminar focuses on advanced colouring and highlighting demonstrations performed live on stage. Models with naturally light hair bases are strongly preferred, including natural blondes, light brown, or medium brown bases that lift easily.
Lighter bases provide better, more visible transformation results for the audience. Models with dark or heavily processed hair are unlikely to be selected. Hair condition and suitability will be assessed carefully during the casting.
Models Required
A total of 8 female models will be selected for the seminar. All interested models must submit recent photos, including clear headshots and current hair photos in natural lighting. Only models pre-approved through the initial photo review will be invited to attend the casting. Final selections will be confirmed after the Saturday audition.
Makeup, Wardrobe and Stage Requirements
Models should arrive with natural makeup. A professional makeup team will be present on the event day. Wardrobe should be smart and well-presented. Ideal options include strapless or open-shoulder outfits to ensure the hair transformation is fully visible.
At the seminar, models will undergo colouring and styling by the Italian educator and will walk briefly on stage to present the final results. Photos and videos will be shared publicly by the organisers.
Payment
This is a paid booking. Each selected model will receive €150 for attending and participating in the seminar on Sunday. Additionally, each model will receive a €20 travel compensation to assist with transportation to Ayia Napa. Payment will be issued on the same day, immediately after the event concludes. Only the final confirmed models selected by the Italian educator will be compensated.
Availability and Registration
There are limited spots available due to the nature of the event. Interested models must sign up to secure their place. Only registered and pre-approved models will be allowed to attend the casting session.
About the Organisers
The organisers are the official distributors of Nouvelle Italy’s professional salon range in Cyprus. Their objective is to promote the brand and products, with the Italian educator leading all technical demonstrations. They do not have a local website or social media presence, but models may refer to the official Nouvelle Italy page for brand information.
