1. Introduction

Models Cyprus is an online modelling platform operated by CREATEAGENCY LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (Company Registration Number: HE 483989, Tax Identification Number (TIN): 60267355M, Registered Address: 13 Amazoniou, Sofokleous, 8025, Cyprus).

Models Cyprus is not a registered modelling agency and does not act as an employer, recruiter, or exclusive agent. It operates solely as a facilitation marketplace platform that connects freelance models, creatives, and clients (brands, agencies, and event organisers).

By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

2. Platform Nature & No Employment Relationship

Models Cyprus functions as a digital marketplace and community platform that allows models to showcase their portfolios and be discovered by third-party clients.

Models Cyprus does not guarantee bookings, work, or income, does not employ models, does not represent models as an exclusive agency, and does not act as a legal party to contracts between models and clients.

All bookings, agreements, and working relationships are formed directly between the model and the client. Models Cyprus only facilitates introductions, communications, and booking coordination.

3. Membership Plans & Payments

Models Cyprus operates on a subscription-based model.

Current membership tiers include €5 per month, €10 per month, and €25 per month.

Each tier provides different platform features, including but not limited to profile creation and visibility, access to booking opportunities, social media promotion, WhatsApp alerts, homepage features, and premium gig notifications.

All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the user’s account or by contacting support.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for partial use of a billing cycle, accidental purchases, failure to secure bookings, dissatisfaction with results, or cancellation after payment.

The only exception to this policy is in cases of wrongful or duplicate charges, where Models Cyprus may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund.

5. Profile Creation & Approval

Once payment is complete, users will be redirected to create a profile by submitting accurate personal, portfolio, and contact information.

Models Cyprus reserves the right to review submitted content, edit formatting for quality or clarity, reject content that does not meet platform standards, and suspend or remove profiles that violate these Terms.

A private preview of the profile may be provided before publication. Final responsibility for submitted content lies with the user.

6. Bookings, Payments & Commission

Models Cyprus facilitates bookings between models and clients.

Clients pay models directly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Models Cyprus charges a standard facilitation commission of 25 percent on the total booking fee agreed between the model and the client for bookings arranged through the platform.

The commission is payable by the model unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The applicable commission rate will be disclosed at the time of booking or within the platform interface.

Models Cyprus does not hold client funds in escrow and is not responsible for late payments, non-payment, contract disputes, scope disagreements, or client cancellations.

All payment disputes must be resolved directly between the model and the client.

Attempts by models or clients to bypass the platform to avoid commission obligations may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Content Ownership & Platform Licence

Users retain ownership of all images, videos, and personal information they submit.

By uploading content, you grant Models Cyprus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote your content across the website, social media channels, marketing materials, and partner communications.

Users confirm they hold full legal rights to all submitted content. Unauthorised use of third-party content is prohibited.

8. Usage Rights & Photoshoot Content

All usage of photographs, videos, and recordings created during a booking facilitated through Models Cyprus must be agreed in writing prior to the shoot or event.

Models retain their personal image rights.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use content solely for the agreed purposes.

No content may be altered, resold, sublicensed, or distributed outside the agreed scope without prior written consent from both the model and Models Cyprus.

If usage terms are not agreed in advance, the client is not permitted to use the content in any form.

Unauthorised usage may result in legal action under Cyprus copyright and image rights laws.

9. Conduct & Community Standards

Users must act professionally and respectfully at all times.

The following may result in immediate account termination without refund: misrepresentation, harassment or abuse, fraudulent behaviour, circumventing platform commissions, direct rebooking of clients introduced via Models Cyprus, and breach of agreed booking terms.

Models Cyprus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Models Cyprus and CREATEAGENCY LTD shall not be liable for any loss of income or opportunity, personal injury or property damage, emotional distress, contract disputes, payment failures, or third-party misconduct.

All platform use is at the user’s own risk.

Models Cyprus provides exposure and facilitation only and makes no warranties regarding outcomes.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Models Cyprus and CREATEAGENCY LTD from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, content ownership disputes, third-party claims, or booking-related disputes.

12. Privacy Policy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, stored, and processed. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined therein.

13. Changes to Terms

Models Cyprus reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
