1. Introduction

Models Cyprus is a subscription-based platform that connects freelance and aspiring models with paid job opportunities, agencies, and events in Cyprus. 

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

2. Membership & Payments

By subscribing to a Starter or Pro membership, you gain access to the respective features listed on the platform.
All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial use of a billing cycle or accidental purchase.
Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable.

3. Profile Creation & Approval

Once payment is complete, you will be redirected to create your profile by submitting accurate personal and portfolio details.
Models Cyprus reserves the right to review, edit, or reject submitted content that does not meet our platform standards.
A private preview of your profile will be provided before it is published. Final approval lies with the user.

4. Platform Access & Services

Depending on your membership plan, you will gain access to services such as profile creation, bookings, social media promotion, WhatsApp alerts, homepage features, and premium gigs.

We do not guarantee bookings or job placements. The platform offers increased exposure, not employment.

5. Content Ownership & Platform Usage

You retain ownership of all images, videos, and personal information you submit.
By uploading content, you grant Models Cyprus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and partner communications.
You are responsible for ensuring you have full legal rights to use and share all submitted content. Unauthorised use of third-party content is prohibited.

6. Usage Rights & Consent for Photoshoots

All usage of content (including photographs, videos, and recordings) created during a booking facilitated through Models Cyprus must be agreed in writing before the photoshoot or event takes place.

Models retain their personal image rights and grant clients a limited, non-transferable licence to use the content solely for the agreed purposes.
No content may be used, altered, sold, or distributed outside the agreed purposes without prior written consent from both the model and Models Cyprus.

If usage terms are not agreed in advance, the client is not permitted to use the content in any form.
Clients and models acknowledge that any unauthorised use of content may result in legal action under Cyprus copyright and image rights laws.

7. Conduct & Community Guidelines

Users must act professionally and respectfully when engaging with clients, agencies, and the platform.
Misrepresentation, abuse, or misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination without refund.
Models Cyprus may suspend accounts that violate these standards without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Models Cyprus is not a modelling agency and does not act as an employer.
We do not vet third-party clients and are not liable for any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users and external parties.
It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence when engaging with any opportunity found through the platform.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, stored, and used. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

Models Cyprus may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
